Chantry Heritage Ltd. offers sales for your residential property. If you are a developer looking for a company to undertake the sales and marketing for your units, we can help with that. If you are an individual owner looking forward to sell your residential house, that is in good condition and well maintained, we also offer that. The fees chargeable are sales commission on a successful sale recorded. Terms of how the commission is to be paid can be negotiated and agreed.

Scope include but not limited to:

  1. Prospecting
  2. Generating leads
  3. Sending sales information package to potential customers and doing following ups
  4. Handling site visits and answering queries
  5. Price negotiations
  6. Preparation and sending out the sales documentations to the purchasers e.g., offer letter.
  7. Following through the sales documentation process to completion
  8. Customer/account relationship management
  9. Sourcing and maintaining relationships with various banks for speedy mortgage prequalification and processing for the customers.

 

  1. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

For residential property owners, you can let us manage your property on your behalf. As a registered real estate agent in Kenya, our role in property management include but not limited to:

  1. Tenant sourcing (including advertisements)
  2. Tenant screening
  3. Tenant onboarding, including signing the necessary paper work
  4. Collection of rent and service charge
  5. Checking out tenants and inspecting the house for any damages
  6. Maintaining the common areas and external facade (where necessary) through cleaning and maintenance
  7. Compiling quarterly reports on the residential properties under our care
  8. Payments of commissions to 3rd party agents where necessary
  9. Ensuring orderliness in the building to create a conducive tenancy environment.

The  property management fees are to be discussed and agreed upon.
